200 Brace Kit: Full Kit

JB Products 200 brace kit is made to fit Arctic Cat, Skidoo, and Polaris 200cc snowmobiles all years. This is the ULTIMATE kit for your 200. Built for the racetrack, this kit will greatly extend the life of your chassis. We highly recommend this kit for everyday riders and racers, as these 200's are not designed for any sort of abuse from the factory. The full kit includes: LH and RH bulklhead plates, LH and RH running board braces, front and back a-arm mount plates, LH and RH upper a-arm braces, heavy duty front shock mounts, and front cross member brace. Details are listed below. Please note, This kit is classified as illegal for stock 200cc class under ISR ruled events, but is legal for 200cc improved and 225cc classes. 

The bulkhead plates rivet into the side of the bulkhead inside the belly pan, these prevent buckling in the middle of the bulkhead. the plates are cutout for the motor mount bolt and all factory rivets, additional holes are cut as drill points for installation. Structural rivets included for install. The running board braces rivet into the running board and chassis, stiffening the center of the sled. They are hemmed and dimple died for added strength. Strutctural rivets included for install. The front and rear a-arm plates are designed to prevent the a-arms from ripping out of the chassis. The back plate is cut out for steering clearance, updated longer a-arm hardware is included. Upper a-arm braces are optional weld or rivet in braces that prevent the a-arm from snapping. We highly recommend they be welded in, but have the option to rivet if you do not have access to welding. The heavy duty shock mounts are made to the oem location and design, but twice as thick. This prevents the holes from ovaling out and the factory cross member brace from tearing out of the shock tower. Finally the front cross member brace adds strength to the front of the chassis behind the pipe. It rivets into place under the metal tabs that the belly pan is mounted on. This brace adds rigidity to the entire front of the chassis, preventing it from bowing and cracking. Structural rivets included for install.
