Shipping policy
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. We typically fulfill orders within 3-24 hours after we receive them (during the business week).
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
JB Products is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages
JB Products is not responsible for lost or damaged packages/products during shipping. Please contact the mailing service to file a claim for missing or damaged packages. JB Products shall not be liable for damage or injury caused by defective materials or workmanship. Please save all packing material and contents of the package, including damaged goods before filing a claim.
International shipping
Shipping costs for international orders outside the U.S. and Canada are calculated at checkout. Estimated times could be high as 2-3 weeks if not longer for international packages, please refer to your tracking number as JB products has no control over destination times. JB Products has no control over the expense to ship internationally.
