JB Products return policy for parts, custom parts, and clothing.

Standard Part Return

JB Products will allow the return of all standard parts as long as they are unused, have the mounting hardware (if required), and have the original box. If you request a return, we will refund your total for the part(s) minus the shipping cost. JB Products will not cover the return shipping unless cost unless its for a received damage part/ incorrect part sent on our end. If you made a mistake on your part order, it is important that you contact us immediately before we fulfill your order to make any needed alterations or cancellations. We typically fulfill orders anywhere from 3-24 hours after you click purchase. Although we do our best to constantly check emails and want to provide you the best service possible, we do reserve the right to confirm and fulfill your order if we do not see/miss your email. If we shipped your order and you never received it, please email us and we will help out to the best of our ability. If you are looking to return your order, please email us so we can further assist you.

Custom Part Return

Unfortunately JB Products will not accept any returns for custom designed/colored parts. All customized parts have a ALL SALES FINAL warning on their listing. If you made a mistake on your custom part order, it is important that you contact us immediately before we fulfill your order to make any needed alterations or cancellations. We typically fulfill orders anywhere from 3-24 hours after you click purchase. Although we do our best to constantly check emails and want to provide you the best service possible, we do reserve the right to confirm and fulfill your order if we do not see/miss your email. Merchandise Return

JB Products will allow the return of all clothing/hats/merchandise as long as the product is unused and unopened from its protective wrapping (aside from a defected merchandise article). If you request a return, we will refund your total for the part(s) minus the shipping cost. JB Products will not cover the return shipping unless cost unless its for a defected product or incorrect size/style sent on our end. If you made a mistake on your part order, it is important that you contact us immediately before we fulfill your order to make any needed alterations or cancellations.
